Floor Preparation
Specialists in fast flow screed for residential and commercial buildings
Fail to prepare, prepare to fail
Proper floor preparation is the most important factor for achieving a successful installation of underfloor heating or screeding. Whichever type of screed is used to achieve the floor level, it will only be as good and strong as the surface to which it is bonded. At DD Flow we ensure that the surface be of sound integrity, clear and free from any contaminants such as oil, grease, wax, dirt, or dust, which might cause detrimental effects to the bond.

How We Prepare Your Floor
There are numerous ways to prepare the surface ready for screeding or underfloor heating. We prepare a floor for a job by laying the insulation and Visqueen. Visqueen is a plastic membrane which separates the screed from the foil backed insulation, it has to be sealed 100% to ensure full integrity.

Underfloor heating
We first worked with DD Flow when we were recommended them by a friend to install an underfloor heating system in our home. They did a fantastic job and I have since recommended them to some friends who were also very happy with the level of service.
